Hydraulic Mechanic
Long Term – Full Time
Express Employment in Temple Terrace is currently hiring candidates for the Hydraulic Mechanic position for a local company in NE Tampa. The position is full-time and has long-term opportunities. We are looking for a candidate that has experience in maintenance, repair, and installation of hydraulic systems. This role will require troubleshooting hydraulic equipment, performing routine inspections, and working to ensure all equipment operates efficiently and safely.

DETAILED SUMMARY:
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair hydraulic systems and components such as pumps, valves, and cylinders.
- Troubleshoot any issues with the hydraulic systems and perform preventive maintenance.
- Testing of all equipment for functionality and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of maintenance and repairs.
- Follow all safety guidelines while handling all equipment and systems.
- Work closely with a team to keep everything running smoothly and to make necessary improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment for an extended period.
- Experience as a maintenance mechanic required, hydraulic system experience is preferred.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of welding and fabrication.
- Write and communicate in English.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
