Construction Office Manager
Long Term – Full Time

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Office Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and supporting the construction management team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to multitask, and experience in the construction industry.

DETAILED SUMMARY:
- Provide administrative support to the construction management team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, cost evaluation, and handling correspondence.
- Ensure the office is well-maintained, organized, and equipped with necessary supplies.
- Manage office equipment and coordinate repairs or maintenance as needed.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and mail, directing them to the appropriate parties.
- Assist in coordinating construction projects, including tracking project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Assist in budget tracking and financial reporting for construction projects.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Administrative experience required.
- Cost management within a construction company is preferred.
- Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English.
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
