Accounts Payable
Long Term – Full Time
Express Employment in Temple Terrace is currently hiring candidates for an Accounts Payable position for a local company in NE Tampa. The position is full-time and has long-term opportunities. This position is responsible for processing and paying all company expenses as well as customer service needs. A qualified candidate must have QuickBooks experience.
JOB HIGHLIGHTS:

DETAILED SUMMARY:
- Input all assigned payables on a timely basis.
- Review vendor statements for dated invoices.
- Review past-due items with the Accounts Payable Supervisor.
- Verify data for completeness and accuracy.
- Handle cash, ACH, check, and online payments.
- Understanding of internal control concepts and processes to mitigate risks.
- Additional responsibilities as requested or required.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Experience with Account Payable systems.
- Organization skills.
- QuickBooks experience is required.
- Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English.
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
