Automotive Mechanic – Bilingual Spanish & English
Long Term – Full Time
Express Employment in Temple Terrace is currently hiring candidates automotive mechanics for a local company in NE Tampa. The position is full-time and has long-term opportunities. The Mechanic is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure they operate safely and efficiently. This role requires a deep understanding of automotive systems, attention to detail, and the ability to work with various vehicles. You must have your own tools, bilingual in both Spanish and English.

DETAILED SUMMARY:
- Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure they operate safely and efficiently
- Identify and order the correct parts for repairs and ensure proper installation. This includes both OEM and aftermarket parts as needed. Manage the appointment calendar, scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of hazardous materials. Assist patients with billing, payments, pre-authorizations, and insurance verifications
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- ASE certification preferred
- Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend English and Spanish
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
