Batch Plant Operator
Long Term – Full Time
Express Employment in Temple Terrace is currently hiring candidates for a concrete batch plant operator role for a local company in NE Tampa. The position is full-time and has long-term opportunities. As a Batch Plant Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the batch plant, ensuring the production of quality concrete materials for construction projects.

DETAILED SUMMARY:
- Set up and adjust the batching plant controls, including mixed proportions, additives, and other materials.
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and cleaning of plant equipment to ensure smooth operation.
- Maintain accurate records of production volumes, materials used, and any downtime or maintenance performed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, including environmental and quality standards.
- Collaborate with dispatch teams to ensure the timely delivery of products to job sites.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience working as a batch plant operator
- Bilingual in both Spanish and English
