Quality Control Specialist
Long Term – Full Time
Express Employment in Temple Terrace is currently hiring candidates for a Quality Control Specialist for a local company in NE Tampa. The position is full-time and has long-term opportunities. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of goods received, stored, and shipped. You will conduct inspections, tests, and maintain records to guarantee that our products meet or exceed company standards.

DETAILED SUMMARY:
- Perform regular quality inspections on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Check products for defects, damages, and ensure they meet specifications.
- Ensure that all materials are stored and handled according to quality standards.
- Perform various tests and measurements on products to verify their functionality and reliability.
- Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and handling of goods in compliance with quality guidelines.
- Document and report any quality control issues and assist in corrective actions.
- Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Suggest improvements to processes and procedures to improve overall product quality and efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying quality issues.
- Ability to use measuring instruments, tools, or software to conduct inspections.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
