Job Title: Lawn Maintenance Worker
Location: Stuart, FL
Pay: Starting at $18/hour, depending on experience (BOE)

Express Employment Professionals has been asked by one of our clients to hire 5 lawn maintenance workers for a Stuart-based lawn maintenance business. Their team is dedicated to providing high-quality landscaping services with a focus on customer satisfaction and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces.
Job Summary:
Seeking reliable and hardworking Lawn Maintenance Workers to join a growing company. The ideal candidate will have experience in lawn care and landscaping, a strong work ethic, and attention to detail. You will play a vital role in ensuring clients’ properties look their best year-round.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine lawn maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing.
- Install and maintain mulch, sod, and other landscaping materials.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and edgers.
- Perform basic planting, weeding, and pruning of shrubs and flowers.
- Identify and address any lawn care needs or issues, such as pest or disease problems.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including cleanup of job sites after service.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and report any necessary repairs.
Requirements:
- Previous lawn maintenance or landscaping experience preferred.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Proficiency in using landscaping tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Stuart area.
- Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
