Salary: Base Salary: $40,000 with commission potential. Total compensation can range from $250,000 to $350,000 per year, based on sales performance.
Job Type: Full-time Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Weekends Mandatory)

Express Employment Professionals is looking for a dynamic and motivated New Home Guide for our client located in Port Saint Lucie, FL. This individual will play a critical role in helping prospective buyers find their dream homes, driving traffic, and increasing customer satisfaction throughout the home-buying process. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent sales skills, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service while managing multiple priorities.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist prospects with their home search, providing expert guidance on available homes.
  • Register and source all traffic to the sales center.
  • Conduct home tours and demonstrate model homes, following company policies and scripts.
  • Prepare and present purchase agreements for prospective buyers.
  • Foster relationships with customers to increase referral rates and satisfaction.
  • Manage daily operations of the sales center, including opening and maintaining the appearance of the model center.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to drive traffic to the community.
  • Shop competition and assess market trends, pricing, and strategies.
  • Conduct broker meetings at least once per month.
  • Effectively communicate with customers throughout the purchasing process, managing contingencies and deadlines.
  • Assist with maintaining policies and procedures within the Sales and Marketing Department.
  • Work weekends as required to meet business needs.

 Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Active Real Estate License required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, with at least 3-5 years of related experience in sales or new home sales.
  • Strong understanding of construction, customer service, sales, marketing, and land development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with CRM software and related customer service tools (e.g., Build Pro, NewStar).
  • Exceptional time management, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Bilingual is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Working Environment:

  • Fast-paced, growth-focused team environment with strict deadlines and attention to detail.
  • Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts, loud noises, and other environmental factors.
