About the Role
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a motivated Digital Marketing and Web Specialist to enhance the social media presence and web strategies for one of our Port St Lucie clients. This role combines creativity, strategy, and technical expertise to execute impactful campaigns, manage social platforms, and foster brand growth.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Content & Paid Ad Development
- Develop and implement social media launch strategies, including activations, timelines, and social plans.
- Create and maintain social media content calendars for organic and paid campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
- Write compelling posts and ad copy aligned with brand voice and objectives.
- Research trends, analyze performance metrics, and optimize content strategies.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and videographers to produce high-quality, on-brand content.
- Manage campaign budgets, priorities, and performance tracking.
Community Engagement
- Interact with followers, influencers, and customers to build and sustain brand relationships.
- Act as a brand ambassador, engaging with industry-focused groups and forums.
Web Design & Analytics
- Design and maintain WordPress websites.
- Implement SEO strategies and manage Google Ads and Ads Manager campaigns.
- Analyze web performance data to refine strategies for growth and engagement.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and social media strategy execution.
- Expertise in managing platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Proven track record in community management and social customer service.
- Proficiency in WordPress, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong writing, editing, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with social media monitoring and scheduling tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Skills
- Adobe Creative Suite proficiency.
- Video creation and editing experience.
