Weekend Receptionist (Direct Hire) $25/HR
Location: Port St. Lucie, FL
Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Potential for additional hours based on performance)
Salary: $25 per Hour
Job Overview:
Express Employment Professional is seeking a reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented Weekend Receptionist for our client in Port St. Lucie. This is a direct hire opportunity where you will play a crucial role in managing front desk operations during weekends. As a Weekend Receptionist, you will handle incoming phone calls, greet and assist walk-in prospects, and perform essential data entry tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Greet and assist walk-in clients and visitors with exceptional customer service
- Manage scheduling and appointments as needed
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with general office duties to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications:
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in basic computer programs (Microsoft Office, data entry, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Professional demeanor and reliable work ethic
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
