Job Description:
Express Employment is seeking a dedicated and professional Factory Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and dealers while providing exceptional service and support. This is a full-time role based in Fort Pierce, FL, where the Factory Representative will support both customers and dealers by offering product knowledge, technical assistance, and order processing.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Customer & Dealer Relationship Management: Maintain and enhance relationships with customers and dealers through high-quality, professional customer service.
• Order Processing: Take and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Technical Support: Assist customers with technical issues, providing guidance and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
• Sales Support: Provide support for sales initiatives, including attending boat shows and assisting with product demonstrations.
• Phone & Email Communication: Answer incoming phone calls and emails, taking orders and addressing customer inquiries in a timely manner.

Performance Measures:

• Team Coordination: Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of customer requests.
• Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and accurate information.
• Order Accuracy: Minimize returns and order errors through careful attention to detail during order processing.
