Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Travel: Moderate (for content creation, consumer and industry shows)

Position Overview:
The Marketing Manager will be based at the Port St. Lucie, FL Sales, Marketing & Distribution facility. In this role, you will oversee a variety of marketing initiatives, including content creation, brand exposure, and coordination of consumer and industry shows. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketer to lead a growing brand and be part of a dedicated team. You will collaborate closely with the VP of Sales & Marketing to develop and execute annual marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Oversee and manage all social media accounts, working closely with the marketing coordinator to ensure maximum brand exposure.
- Ad Coordination: Ensure timely submission of all digital and print ads.
- Event Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and attend consumer and industry trade shows. Collaborate with marketing partners during events.
- Annual Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the VP of Sales & Marketing to develop yearly marketing plans and ad schedules.
- Pro-Staff and Ambassador Program: Help construct and manage the pro-staff team, ambassador team, and guide & captains’ program.
- Content Creation & Management: Build and maintain a library of content for both new and existing products.
- Team Leadership: Directly manage the marketing coordinator and oversee day-to-day tasks.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a marketing manager in the U.S. outdoor industry, preferably in fishing or related fields.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel. Experience with ad creation and digital content is a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the national fisheries landscape and the outdoor market.
- Creative Skills: Experience in photography, videography, and photo/video editing preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Teamwork & Organization: Self-motivated, able to work well in a team, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Travel Flexibility: Ability to travel for work, including occasional weekend events.
