Location: Fort Pierce, FL
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday (occasional weekends based on project needs)

About the Role:
Express Employment Professional is seeking a skilled Installation Technician for a local client in Fort. Pierce, FL, focusing on the installation of screen enclosures for residential and commercial properties. This is a hands-on role for a motivated individual who takes pride in high-quality work, works well in a team environment, and is committed to customer satisfaction and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation Duties

Install screen enclosures, porches, patios, and related components.

Assemble aluminum framing and structural parts, using tools such as drills, saws, and levels.

Install screens, doors, railings, and other enclosure components.
Project Support
-
Read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.

Assist with preparing materials, tools, and jobsite setup.

Work with the project team to ensure accurate, timely, and professional installations.
Safety & Compliance

Follow all safety standards and company protocols.

Use personal protective equipment and maintain tools in good working condition.

Comply with local building codes and jobsite regulations.
Customer Service

Communicate respectfully with customers on-site.

Answer basic questions and provide project updates as needed.

Represent the company with professionalism at all times.
Quality Control

Double-check measurements and alignment for accuracy.

Help identify and resolve minor installation issues before project completion.

Maintain clean and organized work areas and vehicles.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications

Previous experience in screen enclosure installation or general construction preferred.

Ability to read blueprints and use common power tools.

Physical ability to lift/move up to 100 lbs. and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Willingness to travel up to 75 miles as needed.
