Plumbing Project Manager November 5, 2024

Located in Athens, GA

Pay: $19+/hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

A Plumbing Superintendent is responsible for a multitude of things such as but not limited to.
Supervise and direct subs and team members throughout projects
Supervise operations on assigned plumbing projects (commercial and/or residential)
Manage quality control processes
Work alongside Project Manager to ensure projects remain on track and budget
Enforce safety regulations and foster a culture of workplace safety
Check, double-check, and triple check measurements for underground rough-in
Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to help maintain sufficient supplies and materials (within budget) on site for installation
Ensure compliance with all codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
Document progress daily/ photograph throughout installation
Provide recommendations for improvement to plumbing systems, processes, and procedures (if needed)
Maintain knowledge of specific jobs and deadlines
