Inventory Coordinator

Atlanta, GA

Direct Hire: $50k-$65k

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control inventory.
• Research and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Track and report problems on time.
• Create and maintain effective liaisons with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate inbound and outbound deliveries of our products.
• Performs monthly physical inventory counts to ensure that quality standards and quantity requirements are met.
• Investigate inventory inaccuracies and discrepancies and make sure that they are addressed and resolved
• Label and mark materials with identifying information and ensure that inventory cycle counts are properly managed
• Ensuring all documentation related to inventory flows is complete, accurate, and filed correctly.
• For daily tasks, reports directly to the Inventory Analyst.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• College Degree and related experience in a supply chain or inventory control role.
• Strong Excel skills
• SAP - Modules: MM, SD and WM555
• Power BI
• Data Studio
• Spanish is a plus.
• Team Player
