Job Full Description
Are you a talented machinist looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity? We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our client’s team and perform intricate machining operations with precision and expertise.
Compensation: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
Work Schedule: Monday- Thursday – 6:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Perform difficult machining operations that require complicated set-ups and a high degree of accuracy.
- Troubleshoot to determine the cause of problems and perform repairs as needed.
- Set up machine tools and operate various tool room machines and equipment, making necessary shop computations.
Skills Required
- Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing machinery.
- Experience in creating and modifying end-of-arm tooling and automation equipment.
- Ability to assist engineering, quality assurance, maintenance, and production teams with layouts and creating secondary operations.
Qualities Required
- High School diploma or GED.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mold maintenance.
- Electrical background is a must.
- Experience in an injection molding facility.
- Comprehensive training in machine shop and tool room practices (through a formal apprenticeship program or equivalent training and experience).
- Ability to read detailed engineering drawings.
- Strong analytical skills, mechanical aptitude, and PC experience.
- Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand, sit, and talk throughout the day.

- Computers, phones, blueprints, various machines, and tools.
