Job Full Description
Express seeks a Parts Associate – The ideal candidates are quick learners with experience in warehouses, invoicing, filing, phone support, basic computer tasks, and customer service. We'll provide training for anything you're not familiar with—so don't hesitate to apply!
Compensation: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
1. Answer incoming parts calls and assist customers.
2. Process and fill parts orders efficiently.
3. Provide quotations for customers, Account Managers, and Service Departments.
4. Create purchase orders and place vendor orders.
5. Manage sales orders, packing slips, shipping labels, and other documentation.
6. Pull parts from inventory, track shipments, and monitor returns.
7. Organize warehouse inventory with proper bin locations and labels.
8. Conduct weekly cycle counts and maintain a clean, organized warehouse.
9. Unload freight trucks and complete stock transfers.
10. Support Account Managers and Service Departments as needed.
Qualifications
· Clean driving record (MVR), valid driver’s license, and ability to pass a drug test/background check.
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· 2–3 years of warehousing experience preferred.
· Ability to operate a forklift and scissor lift.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting/inventory software.
· Strong customer service and communication skills.
· Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs., climbing ladders, and working in varying temperatures.
· A can-do attitude with problem-solving skills.
· Efficiency, organization, and adaptability.
· Reliable, consistent attendance and a willingness to learn.
