Job Full Description
A company in Villa Rica has an opening for an experienced Production Floor Lead. The Production Floor Leader is responsible for ensuring that all manufactured products consistently meet or exceed expected levels of quality, and rates of output through proper use of manufacturing assets.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety and procedure manuals
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Long term work history and experience being a Production Floor Lead in a warehouse
Responsibilities:
- Oversee, daily work activities of the Baggers
- Adhere to all safety, legal, quality, maintenance and process control policies and procedures
- Generate and maintain data as requested by the Manufacturing Supervisor
- Ensure that daily operation of the Roto-former and Baggers is conducted using current SOP/instructions
- Report any defective materials or questionable raw materials to management
- Complete any job requested by management including those not specifically contained in this description
Schedule: 1st Shift, 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
Pay: $18+ / Hour (Depending on experience)
