A company in Tallapoosa is looking for MIG Welders with Structural Steel Fabrication experience. These candidates will be responsible for welding pieces of metal together, reviewing blueprints, and repairing damage in metal components using heavy machinery. This company is looking for candidates that have years of experience with MIG welding. 

Responsibilities:

• Reading blueprints
• Set up, operate and maintain robotic welding equipment to fabricate metallic parts and assemblies
• Cutting and welding materials according to technical plans
• Smoothing molten metal to remove creases
• Welds produced meet standards required

Requirements:

• Must have 2 years of welding experience
• Must have Structural Steel Fabrication Experience
• MIG welding experience 
• Must have own welding gear (Welding hood, gloves, sleeves, and steel-toe boots)
• Must be able to interpret blueprints  

Schedule: 1st shift 6am - 6pm. Must be available 12 hour shifts

Pay: $18+/ Hour (pay depends on weld test)
