Recreational Gymnastics Team Coach
Location: Rome
Pay: $10/hr to $12/hr
Shift: Part-Time
Coach Team gymnasts at a Recreational level. Create effective learning plans and provide organized positive instructions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Provide training direction, encouragement and motivation for Children. Explain and demonstrate the use of Sports and Training equipment such as Trampolines. Evaluate athletes' skills and reviews performance records to determine fitness & potential. Adjust coaching techniques based on the strengths and weaknesses of athletes. Monitor athletes' use of equipment to ensure safe and proper use.
Minimum Qualifications: Six (6) Months experience in gymnastics, cheerleading or related experience.
Preferred Experience working with children of all ages and communication skills.
