Temp-to-Hire | $3.00/hr Raise After 90 Days!
Shifts Available:
Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:45 PM
Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Continental Schedule: Work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days, off 3 days (rotating weekends).
Job Summary:
We are looking for dedicated Production Team Members to join our assembly team! This role involves operating manufacturing equipment, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe production environment. If you’re a team player who enjoys hands-on work, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Production Operations: Operate computerized equipment for battery production & follow work orders.
Quality Control: Perform inspections & measurements to meet production standards.
Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Identify & resolve production issues, ensuring smooth operation.
Collaboration & Safety: Work as a team & follow all safety protocols.
Qualifications & Skills:
✔ High school diploma or equivalent required.
✔ Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
✔ Strong teamwork & communication skills.
✔ Ability to work a fixed day or night shift.
Clean Background! No Misdemeanors or Felonies!
Physical Requirements:
Lift 50+ lbs, climb, reach, & squat safely.
Stand & walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
Push & pull heavy objects with motorized assistance.
