Job Title: Production Supervisor
Location: LaGrange, GA (On-site)

Overview: Join our team as a Production Supervisor! We are seeking a dedicated individual with experience in production and supervision within a plastic molding environment. If you are committed to quality, safety, and efficient operations, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the production line, including mold changes, troubleshooting, and machine maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with ISO requirements and maintain documentation.
- Provide operator training and support.
- Assist in inventory control and support other departments as needed.
- Maintain punctual attendance and be available for extended shifts when required.
- Follow and educate others on company policies and safety rules.
- Perform general factory work, area cleaning, and complete written reports as assigned.
Requirements:
Physical:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
- Ability to stand and/or walk for the entire shift.
- Frequent bending of trunk, arms, and legs.
- Good eyesight, with or without corrective lenses.
- Ability to operate a forklift and other material handling equipment.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college experience preferred.
- Industrial management background preferred.
- Math competency and good reading comprehension skills required.
Experience:
- Previous production experience in a plastic molding environment preferred.
- Previous supervisory experience desired.
- Knowledge of hydraulics, machine maintenance, and troubleshooting is helpful.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office required.
Personal Protective Equipment:
- Mandatory safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and other PPE as required.
