In this roll you will:
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and travel arrangements
- Assist with Accounts Payables/Receivables, payroll, and reconciliations
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Answer phones, screen, and direct calls, take and relay accurate messages in a professional and efficient manner
- Provide information to about the company’s services which may include assisting with inquiries or requests
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail
- Provide administrative support which may include faxing, scanning, and copying documents, data entry, preparing documents and reports, organizing meetings, scheduling appointments
- Assist with various projects as needed
We like to hear from candidates with:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
- Accounting experience preferred
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
