Auto Body Technician

HOURLY NON COMISSION POSITION
8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. M-F
Job Description:
We are seeking Body Shop Technician to join a growing team.
Experience in auto body repair, paint preparation, and/or refinishing required
Experience prepping vehicles for painting by repairing dents and cracks, sanding, blocking, masking, and priming.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ability to repair body damage, including fixing/wiping cracks and dents, sanding
Bondo, fiberglass repair, and use of two-part epoxy.
• Work with the paint and body team to ensure smooth workflow and optimal
results.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Paint Prep Technician and/or Body Man.
• Must be proficient in taping and masking.
• Ability to work with various tools and spray equipment.
• Previous fiberglass experience strongly preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• I-Car Certification preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (20-50 lbs).
