Hiring: Customer Service Rep/ Order Entry
Location: Marietta
JOB SUMMARY:
The purpose of this position is to answer and direct the incoming phone calls and receive and process the customer parts orders. Also required to maintain and control the parts inventory as it relates to the Japan annual orders and spot orders. Must be able to effectively communicate with customers and service personnel in the U.S.A. and Latin America. The tasks for this position are completed by performing the following duties.
Hours: 8-5, M-F
Pay: $19-$20/hour
Must have order entry experience
Looking for customer service candidates that are good at typing (no chicken peckers)
MUST BE GOOD ON WORD AND EXCEL
Call center is helpful, but really would like candidates with Customer service experience they are really Account Managers answering phone calls.
Bilingual is great but not required.
MUST BE GOOD ON THE COMPUTER especially typing and data entry
