Job Description:
Express Employment is hiring for a Delivery Helper position with a reputable wholesale beverage company located on the Southside of Savannah. In this role, you will assist the driver with the delivery of alcoholic beverages, including loading and unloading products. This is a TEMP TO HIRE opportunity with competitive pay and excellent benefits upon hire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the driver with loading and unloading alcoholic beverages at various delivery locations.
- Lift up to 50 lbs and ensure the safe handling of beverage products.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery by helping the driver navigate delivery routes.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace during and after deliveries.
- Follow safety protocols while handling products and interacting with clients.
- Provide support as needed to ensure smooth delivery operations.
Qualifications:
- Must be comfortable with lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or delivery role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
- Must be comfortable working with alcoholic beverages.
