Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Taker. As a Call Taker, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls and providing exceptional customer service. Duties:
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their inquiries or concerns
- Provide accurate information regarding departments, points of contact for issues, etc.
- Process calls and enter data into the system with a high level of accuracy
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of issues
- Maintain records and update information as needed
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues
- Assist with administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Knowledge of logistics and 3PL operations is beneficial
- Ability to work well in a team environment
