Job Summary:
The Executive Chef oversees all culinary operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service. This role involves managing kitchen staff, designing menus, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities:

- Design and innovate menus that reflect the restaurant''s concept and cater to customer preferences.
- Ensure seasonal and cost-effective ingredients are used.

Food Preparation and Presentation:
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of all dishes to ensure consistency and high quality.
- Implement and maintain portion control and waste reduction.

Kitchen Management:
- Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen staff, including sous chefs, line cooks, and kitchen assistants.
- Schedule staff shifts and ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Foster a positive and collaborative kitchen environment.

Inventory and Cost Control:
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Monitor food costs and adjust menus and processes to meet budgetary goals.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of all food items.

- Ensure all kitchen activities comply with health and safety regulations.
- Implement and oversee sanitation procedures and kitchen cleanliness.

Qualifications:
