Job Full Description

Job Duties:

• Answer phone inquiries and take customer orders.
• Assist inside sales team with daily tasks, including merchandising and organization.
• Support shipping and receiving processes.
• Maintain a clean and tidy store environment.
• Provide general assistance as needed to enhance customer experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in using phone systems and order management software.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Customer service orientation with problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and merchandising.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, sit, and move throughout the store for extended periods.
• Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Manual dexterity for handling merchandise and operating office equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with various customer interactions.
