Job Duties

• Safety & Quality Compliance: Follow MHPS safety and quality policies and procedures.
• Process Development: Collaborate with Engineering to develop assembly processes and operation protocols.
• Continuous Improvement: Pursue opportunities for continuous improvement in assembly practices.
• Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret assembly drawings, work instructions, and lifting procedures for rotor assembly operations.

Physical Requirements

• Manual Dexterity: Skillful use of hands for assembly tasks.
• Strength: Ability to lift and handle components as needed.
• Stamina: Capable of standing for extended periods during assembly work.

Knowledge and Skills
