Location: Winchester, KY
Schedule: 7 PM - 7:30 AM
Pay: $31.14 - $36.55/hour (based on experience)
Express Employment is seeking a Maintenance Technician for its Plastics facility. In packaging solutions, Reporting to the Plant Engineer, this role focuses on maintaining equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and performing repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow safety protocols and perform preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Work with tools like lathes, drills, welders, and milling machines.
- Read schematics and install/repair PLC programs and AC/DC drives/motors.
- Communicate with operations to address equipment issues.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years industrial maintenance experience required.
- Injection molding troubleshooting skills preferred.
- Knowledge of robotics and auxiliary equipment is a plus.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., work independently, and supply own tools.
