Job Full Description
A local VALDOSTA, GA company is searching for an experienced PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR/CSR responsible for supervising warehouse production and scheduling deliveries, all while providing superior customer service.
Production Supervisor/CSR Requirements:
- Make daily outgoing calls to customers to schedule, confirm and re-confirm delivery dates
- Understand logistical processes to coordinate deliveries
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
- General understanding and experience using a computer
Schedule & Pay:
- M-F, 6am – 3pm
- $18-$25/hr BOE
Production Supervisor/CSR Qualifications:
- Associate's degree
- 3+ years of face-to-face customer service experience
- Ability to complete detailed tasks correctly and efficiently
- Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to understand and operate within safety rules
