Job Full Description

Cable Company hiring for a Customer Service Representative. 

Experience Required 

  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in the cable, telecommunications, or utility industry.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with a friendly, professional tone.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to handle multiple customer issues simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with computers, basic office software, and customer management systems.
  • Ability to handle difficult or upset customers in a calm, empathetic manner.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required.
