Title: Client Services Representative
Contract Term: Temp/Contract-6 months
Schedule: Must be available Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri, and Sat from 8a-4pm, Training schedule will be Mon-Fri, 7a-3pm for 3 weeks
Pay: $19/50/hr
Location: Halawa, HI (street parking)

Client Services Representative Responsibilities:
- Creates positive company relationships with patients, clients, and guests through interactions over the phone and email inquiries.
- Performs clerical activities and assists with requests for laboratory services
- Identifies problems/trends and notifies department supervisor and manager in order for the issue to be addressed promptly
- Other administrative as assigned
Client Services Representative Qualifications:
- 2+ years of office experience, preferably inpatient care or customer service
- Bachelor’s degree OR high school diploma and equivalent work experience in a science or health-related field
- Clinical laboratory experience is preferred
- Type 30wpm with 90%accuracy
- valid and up-to-date TB Clearance required (ex: skin, chest-x-ray, blood test)
