Job Full Description
Express Employment is seeking a pension plan administrator for a professional services firm that provides third-party retirement plan administration services for companies that sponsor 401(k) plans, cash balance plans, and defined benefit plans. Job duties include:
- Managing all aspects of client relationships regarding compliance and discrimination testing, distribution and loan processing, and regulatory reporting
- Providing high-level customer service to clients
- Managing caseloads and meeting deadlines
The ideal candidate:
- Experience with defined contribution and defined benefit administration
- Experience with ASC or FT Williams
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to multi-task and work on several projects concurrently with accuracy
- Dependable, sense of integrity, and self-motivated
- Exceptional attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Excellent customer relations skills
- Professionalism
Other details:
- Position is temp to hire
- Pay rate depends upon experience
- Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
