Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Level 3 Maintenance Mechanic for a local client!

Pay: $32.00/hour
Schedule: Monday thru Friday, Day or Swing
The Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for maintaining and operating equipment on the line. They will oversee all facility diagnosis and repair. You will be overseeing up to 3 additional technicians. The candidate will need to have working and practical knowledge of VFD and DAF Systems.
Job expectations
- Becoming proficient in multiple skilled disciplines (i.e. welding, fabrication, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, boiler or HVAC).
- Weld and fabricate basic items to make repairs.
- Diagnose most problems using knowledge and troubleshooting techniques.
- Able to use multimeter and megger to diagnose most electrical problems. (checking power, checking for shorts, megging motors and wires).
- Training other technicians on a variety of skilled disciplines (welding, fabrication, electrical, etc).
- Completes Simutech, Troubleshooting Electrical circuits, Troubleshooting Control Circuits, Troubleshooting Motor Circuits, Troubleshooting Industrial Controls, Troubleshooting Industrial Controls 2.
- Able to Startup equipment and utilities.
- Be proficient in Production and utilities.
- Can run DAF system, do Jar tests, and make chemical adjustments.
- Self-motivated and seeks to learn on own.

- Proficient at troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.
- Can trouble shoot most circuits, change out, and setup VFD’s.
- Understands and reads electrical schematics.
- When making repairs is looking and implementing preventative measures.
- Trains and teaches Level 1 and 2 techs in the above points.
- Completes competencies of new hire, Troubleshooting Electrical circuits, Troubleshooting Control Circuits, Troubleshooting Motor Circuits, Troubleshooting Industrial Controls, Troubleshooting Industrial Controls 2.
- Demonstrates leadership and interpersonal and communication skills.
