Job Description:
Local Caldwell shop is hiring for an experienced Diesel Mechanic for a heavy-duty machinery, trucks, tractor, and trailers maintained and operational. A successful candidate will perform truck & equipment repair and maintenance, run diagnostics on vehicles and work closely with other team member to meet company goals.
Responsibility:
• Diagnose, repair and maintain different pieces of equipment and trucks
• Computer diagnostics
• Complete service
• Brakes and seals
• Differentials, clutches, and transmissions
• Diesel engines
• Electrical systems
• Air systems
General Requirements:
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
• Verifiable experience as a Diesel Mechanic
• Valid CDL-A license preferred, but not required
• Physical ability
• Excellent reading and writing skills
• Ability to supply own tools
