When she's not helping connect businesses and job seekers, Yanet enjoys baking, dancing, and spending time outdoors with her husband and children.

Meet Bridget, our Front Office Coordinator. Bridget started with Express in 2024. She specializes in handling payroll, invoicing, and A/R activities. In her free time, Bridget enjoys being in the mountains adventuring, camping, and off-roading with her family.

Rob Graham

Regional Manager

Rob started with Express in 2019 as an Account Manager and soon moved into a Regional Manager position overseeing the West Treasure Valley and Southeast Oregon territories. Rob specializes in Recruiting Strategy, HR Consulting, Training, and Professional Development. When he isn't ensuring the offices are running smoothly or assisting local businesses, Rob enjoys being outdoors, hunting, and fishing with his family.

Sara Barnowski

Sales/Training Director

Sara started with Express in 2013 and has had a role in many positions including Front Office Coordinator, Employment Specialist, Sales Manager, and Office Manager. During her time as a Sales Manager, she was recognized as a Top 50 Sales Representative for six years in a row. In addition to her role as Sales and Training Director for all three Treasure Valley locations, she also manages one of our Las Vegas office. In her downtime, Sara enjoys snowmobiling and jet skiing.

Skilled Trades Employment Specialist III

Meet our Skilled Trades Employment Specialist Cordell. He joined Express in 2022 and focuses on filling CDL A driver, Welders/Fabricator, Maintenance Technician, and Machinist roles. In addition to being a skilled recruiter, Cordell is also a certified Speech and Debate Judge through the National Speech and Debate Forensic League.

Doug Haneborg has served as the CEO and Owner of Express Employment Professionals since 2006. A graduate of the University of Oklahoma holding a degree in business administration, Doug's leadership has been instrumental in the company's growth. With three locations in the Treasure Valley and one in Las Vegas, the company is considered one of the leading staffing agencies in Idaho and Nevada. When he's not working, Doug loves to spend time outdoors with his family.
