Job Description:
As a Finish Carpenter you will be responsible for the final touches and details on a construction project.
Job Responsibilities:
•Read and understand blueprints, sketches and building plans to meet specifications
•Indoor doors, windows, molding, trim and other finish carpentry products
•Construct and install cabinets, shelves, countertops, and other custom woodwork
•Measure, cut, shape, assembly and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, and other materials
•Ensure all w3ork meets safety and building codes and regulations
•Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
•Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time
•Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
Qualifications:
•Must be 18 years of age
•Experienced and entry level finish carpenters encouraged to apply
•Ability to read and interpret blueprints
•Mathematical and mechanical skills
•Good communication and customer service skills
•Experience handling and using an assortment of hand and power tools
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Day Shift: 6:00am till done for the day
Pay: $17.00 - $28.00/hour DOE
