We are looking for Part-Time Pickleball Retail Store Associates to join our clients team. These individuals will assist customers in selecting the right pickleball gear, provide excellent in-store experiences, and conduct product demonstrations or beginner training sessions. This is a unique opportunity for those who love retail, customer engagement, and pickleball!
Key Responsibilities
- Retail Sales & Customer Service: Assist customers in finding the best equipment for their needs, process sales, and maintain a welcoming store environment.
- Pickleball Demonstrations: Showcase Selkirk paddles and accessories through in-store or on-court demos, helping customers make informed purchases.
- Beginner Training Sessions: Offer basic pickleball guidance and skills training to new players as part of our customer engagement.
- Store Operations: Assist with restocking, inventory tracking, merchandising, and keeping the store organized.
- Event Participation: Support community events, promotions, and pickleball clinics.
Qualifications
- Retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Knowledge of or a passion for pickleball is a must!
- Experience playing, coaching, or teaching is a plus.
- Outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed.
- Comfortable demonstrating pickleball techniques and equipment in a retail or court setting.

Job Details
- Starting pay: $18 to $20 per hour
- One associate working ~30 hours per week (considered full-time), and a second associate working ~20 hours person
- Benefits include Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, and much more (coverage included for families) for 30+ hours per week
- Full-time schedule with some flexibility
- Store hours are initially scheduled to be M-F 10am to 7pm, Saturday 9am to 7pm, Sunday 10am to 5pm (subject to change)
