Job Title: Sales & Install Coordinator
Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay: $22 per hour
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized Sales & Install Coordinator to support our sales and installation operations. This role involves scheduling, customer communication, permit processing, invoicing, and coordinating between departments, vendors, and customers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and an excellent communicator.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- Proficiency in Google Suite & Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the HVAC industry
- Knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop Customer Center and invoicing
- Accounts Receivable experience
- Familiarity with Service Titan software
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule installation estimates and communicate with customers
- Track sales performance and provide reports to management
- Create and manage invoices; process deposits and final payments
- Maintain installation schedules and coordinate equipment orders
- Purchase permits and schedule inspections
- Assist with sales and installation coordination to ensure smooth operations
- Support communication between sales, install teams, customers, and vendors
