Job Title: Medical Office Receptionist (Contract Role – 3-4 Months)

Location: Coeur d'Alene, ID

Job Type: Contract/Temporary Role (3-4 months)

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

Wages: $16.20 per Hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Medical Office Receptionist for a contract role lasting 3-4 months. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting vendors, customers, and visitors, checking in appointments, and managing a multi-line phone system. Someone that has strong customer service skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment is encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet vendors, customers, and other visitors in a professional manner.

  • Check in individuals for appointments and provide necessary information.

  • Operate a multi-line phone system to route incoming calls and place outgoing calls.

  • Follow established guidelines and procedures to perform daily job functions.

  • Work under immediate supervision and report to a supervisor or manager.

  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.

  • Previous experience as a medical office receptionist preferred.

Working Conditions:

  • Must be able to lift and move up to 25 lbs.

  • Must be able to maintain a seated position for extended periods.

  • Work involves the use of standard clinical office equipment.

  • Must be able to stoop, crouch, or bend as needed.
