Wholesale Support Team Member
We are seeking a Wholesale Support Team Member to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. This role involves working closely with various departments and the sales team to maintain strong customer relationships, process orders, support wholesale accounts, and drive sales growth.
Responsibilities:
Provide general support to the wholesale department and sales team
Maintain positive relationships with wholesale accounts
Perform data entry and process wholesale orders
Call on warm leads and reactivate inactive accounts
Assist in developing new leads for outside sales representatives
Upsell existing wholesale partners on new products and offerings
Educate wholesale partners about product updates and launches
Qualifications:
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software and tools quickly
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive problem solver
Adaptability to a fast-changing environment and willingness to take on new tasks
Ability to follow and improve processes
High level of integrity, dependability, and urgency
Minimum 40 WPM typing speed
Job Details:
Starting Pay: $23/hour (plus potential overtime)
Schedule:
Monday - Thursday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
