Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Forklift Driver/Bin Crew Operator.
Location: Parma, ID
Pay Rate: $16.50/hr.
Monday-Friday, some Saturday’s during packing season
8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Summary
Drives gasoline, liquefied gas, or electric powered industrial truck equipped with lifting devices such as forklift, boom, scoop, lift beam and swivel hook, fork grapple, clamps, elevating platform, or trailer hitch, to push, pull, lift, stack, tier, or move products, equipment, or materials by performing the following duties
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned
· Moves levers and presses pedals to drive truck and control movement of lifting apparatus.
· Positions forks, lifting platform, or other lifting device under, over, or around loaded pallets, skids, boxes, products, or materials or hooks tow trucks to trailer hitch, and transports load to designated area.
· Unloads and stacks material by raising and lowering lifting device.
· Inventories materials or products and records weight on tags, labels, or production schedules.
· Loads or unloads materials onto or off of pallets, skids, or lifting device.
· Lubricates forklift, recharges batteries, fills fuel tank, or replaces liquefied gas tank.
Operate outside in a ground crew environment
Responsible for loading and unloading bins from bulk into storage shed

Mathematical Skills:
· Basic adding and subtraction.
Reasoning Ability:
· Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved oral instructions.
· Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
· Ability to pass Forklift test to become Forklift Certified.
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles; outside weather conditions and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
