Salary:
- $73,000 per year

- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

What You’ll Do:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will play an essential role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Here’s what your day will look like:
- Perform Critical Repairs: Maintain and repair rotary screw compressors, condensers, evaporators, boilers, pumps, valves, fans, piping, mechanical drives, electric motors, industrial control systems, and HVAC systems.
- Safety First: Respond to and manage releases of anhydrous ammonia—training and certification will be provided.
- Keep Things Running: Ensure production line equipment is functioning properly and proactively identify maintenance needs to maximize uptime.
- Collaborate: Work with outside vendors, equipment manufacturers, and team members across departments like Management, Maintenance, Production, and Sanitation.
- Maintain Cleanliness & Safety: Follow GMPs, ensure a clean and sanitary workspace, and report any situations that may compromise safety or product quality.
- Additional Responsibilities: From training fellow techs to assisting with non-technical tasks, no two days will be the same.
What We’re Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you’ll need the following:
- Experience: A High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 4-6 years of experience, with at least 3 years in Industrial Refrigeration, Mechanical Maintenance, HVAC, or Electrical Maintenance.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, a “can-do” attitude, and attention to detail. You should also be comfortable communicating effectively with all team members.
- Physical Requirements: The job may require lifting to 50 lbs. and working in varying temperatures. Flexibility to work in different positions, including standing, bending, and climbing, is essential.
- Certifications: CPR, First Aid, Powered Industrial Truck (Forklift), HACCP, and 40-hour HAZWOPER Certification (training provided).
