As a General Laborer, this role involves assisting with various tasks on construction sites and other projects. Responsibilities:
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, removing debris and ensuring safe work conditions
- Perform basic construction tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving materials
- Operate hand tools and power tools under supervision
- Help with setup and teardown of scaffolding, temporary structures, and other site elements
- Assist skilled workers (carpenters, electricians, concrete workers, etc.) as needed
- Perform general maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, painting, and minor repairs
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
Qualifications:
- Experience in general labor or construction (preferred but not required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions from supervisors
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
