Job Full Description
Express is hiring individuals for multiple Maintenance Tech openings throughout the LC Valley and Palouse region. If you have experience in the construction and maintenance fields, we encourage you to apply!
Pay: $20-$26/hour, depending on experience and location
Schedule: Part time and Full time opportunities.
Type: Both temp and eval-hire positions are available
Responsibilities May Include:
- Performing general repair and preventive maintenance
- Installation of plumbing fixtures (faucets, toilets, etc)
- Remodeling and repairing units
- Removing and installing flooring
- Turn, repair and clean vacant units
- Drywall repair
- Painting
- Support with grounds maintenance
- Use of hand and power tools
Qualifications Needed:
- 1-2 years experience in carpentry, plumbing, electric, maintenance or a similar position
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work with little supervision
