Drafter & Designer – $19-29/HR DOE
Express Employment Professionals is seeking part-time and full-time Drafter & Designers who will have core responsibilities in transforming initial rough sketches, designs, and specifications into detailed drawings using SolidWorks. The Drafter & Designer’s daily responsibilities include collaborating with customers, production managers, and the design team to produce accurate and precise drawings that serve as blueprints for production, ensuring that designs are feasible, functional, and meet all necessary standards and regulations.

· Opportunity to work closely with several departments including production, design, and customer service.
· Hands-on experience with large assembly models and detailed component drawings.
What we look for in a Drafter & Designer:
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and ERP Systems.
- Proven experience as a drafter & designer in a manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of machining and fabrication practices.
- Ability to work within a quality management system.
- Physical ability to stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat, and climb.
- Pre-employment drug test is required.
