Hospitality Sales Manager – $27/HR DOE
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Hospitality Sales Manager who will play a key role in driving revenue growth and developing strong relationships with clients in the hospitality industry. The Hospitality Sales Manager will be responsible for generating leads, negotiating contracts, and implementing sales strategies to maximize occupancy and profitability.
Hospitality Sales Manager highlights:
· Develop and execute sales strategies to attract corporate, group, and leisure clients.
· Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, travel agencies, and event planners.
· Coordinate with hotel management to create promotional packages and special offers.
· Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new business opportunities.
· Represent the hotel at networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences.
· Provide outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
What we look for in a Hospitality Sales Manager:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record in hospitality or related fields.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of hospitality industry trends, revenue management, and event planning.
- 2 consecutive years of experience in hospitality sales, hotel sales, or a related role.
