Finance Manager – $20-25/HR DOE
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Finance Manager who will play a vital role in overseeing and managing a local organization’s financial operations. The daily responsibilities of the Finance Manager include budget oversight, financial reporting, and ensuring the city’s funds are managed in compliance with all regulations.
Finance Manager highlights:
· Oversee the preparation and management of the organization’s budget and financial reports.
· Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and ordinances.
· Supervise the collection, management, and disbursement of municipal funds.
· Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and audits to ensure accuracy and transparency.
· Serve as a key advisor on fiscal matters to officials, departments, and stakeholders.
What we look for in Finance Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, public administration, or related field (CPA or similar certification is a plus).
- Experience in finance or public sector financial management.
- Familiarity with budgeting, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills to manage multiple financial projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency with financial software and tools (Excel, accounting software, financial management platforms).
